This is the best keyword because it's defined specific user search intent so we can clearly understand what users want. 

remember if your article topic is high competitive allies use long-tail keywords: long-tail phrases are search queries by users that contain 4-5 words that are more specific and low search volume low competition.

On another side of your use of short-tail keywords then it's hard to rank on google's first page because the short-tail contains only 1-2 words less length less specific no-one can understand what user won't throw this search term even search engines.
